“Here in Kentucky, nearly 1 out of every 5 kids will struggle with some form of hunger/food insecurity in their childhood. We see the positive effects of children in the classroom when they have breakfast. We want to make sure our community and Commonwealth can provide ways to ensure all students can grow up and be champions in our community. With the Mayor’s Alliance to End Childhood Hunger, we can all come together to collaborate on ways these common issues can be solved.”
